About
This Sour IPA is fermented on an experimental yeast from Omega Yeast that naturally produces lactic acid. It's hopped aggressively with Citra, Centennial and Chinook hops and has an assertive fruity sour flavor.
Grab a glass of 7% ABV Omega Beams on draft at our North End taproom beginning Friday, December 27th.
The name "Omega Beams" references the use of the new strain from Omega and is a nod to Darkseid's, one of Superman's biggest nemesis' main weapon, eye lasers.
