What if we are late for our reservation?
Igloo reservations start and end at the designated time reserved. We suggest arriving earlier than your selected reservation time to get parked and situated to optimize the Igloo time reserved.
What happens to my Igloo reservation in the event of rain?
NoDa Brewing Co reserves the right to close the venue in the event of rain for the safety of guests and employees. If NoDa Brewing Co closes due to weather and cancels your reservation, adjustments will be made to your reservation. We do our absolute best to keep the venue open, though!
Can we reschedule our Igloo Experience?
Due to limited availability - all sales are final. Igloo reservations can not be transferred and no refunds are given.
