10th Saison Des Babes Release

We collabed with Charlotte Beer Babes to bring you the 10th Saison Des Babes!

This Saison is brewed with Pilsner malt, Wheat Malt and torrified wheat. We brewed it with local honey sourced out of Huntersville, subtly spiced it with cracked coriander, and steeped it with bitter orange peel. The beer is fermented on a special Saison yeast strain called Saisonstein which combines classic saison character with French Saison character resulting in a dry but brightly peppery nuance to the beer.
