About
This classic Saison style was brewed with a blend of Pilsner, Wheat, Oats, Carafoam, a touch of Caramunich, and a hefty amount of Saaz hops. The beer is fermented on French Saison yeast resulting in a refreshingly dry and complex beer, perfect for summer. A Healthy Fear of Birds was brewed with, and inspired by, a homebrew from cellarman, Ian who also came up with the name.
