  • 3:00pm – Party kicks off with live music from Tom Budz and registration opens online

  • 3:05pm – 1 and 3 mile runs take off from parking lot

  • 3:20pm – Carolina Sports Clinic stretching and massages

  • 3:50pm – Raffle begins

    • Brooks shoes

    • 5 pack of classes to Cross Conditioning Training

    • ATC10K hats

    • Recover merch

  • 3:55pm – Partying continues

  • 5:00pm – Live music ends

  • 5:05pm – Partying still continues

  • Where: NoDa Brewing Company – North End Tap Room – 150 W 32nd St, Charlotte, NC 28206

  • When: Saturday, 1/11 @ 3:00pm

  • Parking: Ample parking at brewery and along 32nd Street. Please also consider biking or light railing
