In honor of our 12 Year Anniversary, we're releasing a very special brew, Boba Brett!
Boba Brett was our first true sour series. This batch has been aged in our foeder for 4 years. Boba Brett, surprisingly, starts out as a strong blonde lager and is then re-fermented on Lactobacillus, Pediococcus, and 3 different types of Brettanomyces. The result is a very complex, fruity, wine-noted Sour Ale that boasts oak notes underneath layers of crazy funk!
