Bock Samson is a Helles (German for light) Bock, named after the Venture Bros character, Brock Samson. Like its namesake, this beer is bold, strong, and filled with heart.
Heavy use of German malts lends notes of cakey pastry and shortbread that are balanced with herbaceous noble hops. It was lagered for 4 months and is conditioned to give an extremely balanced and fortified malt character from the use of heritage German Pilsner malts and subtle German hops.
