To celebrate the 100th batch brewed on the pilot system, we created a West Coast-styled Triple IPA that was contributed to by each member of our production team!
Centurius packs a massive hop punch with a high ABV and an equally aggressive hop load. We mashed it with American 2-Row, German Pilsner, acidulated grain, and flaked corn for a nice and dry accent. It's hopped with Citra, El Dorado, and Chinook and then double dry hopped with Necatron, Citra Lupomax, CTZ, Simcoe, and Mosaic.
