A classic southern dessert formed into an adult beverage... This banana, vanilla, 'nilla wafer pastry blonde ale is mashed with wafers and fermented on Bananza yeast, creating a heavy banana character. We added lactose to sweeten the brew and then finished it off with vanilla.
