Welcome to the Dark Side of the Brew (West Coast Dark Lager). It's something new:
Dark Version of a West Coast Pilsner (a pilsner dry hopped in the style of a West Coast IPA).
Dry hopped, triple decocted, featuring European, Chinook, Mosaic, and Simcoe hops.
Carafa malt in the sparge and lauter make it dark!
