About
Our best-selling IPA, Hop Drop ‘N Roll with the same hop varieties and malt bill, just amped up for a higher ABV. We increased the base malt and utilized Simpson's Light Maris Otter for the bulk of the grain bill to provide great malt flavor and complexity without being too sweet or dark.
