About
Flow State: A Spring Wellness Kickoff, presented by Accidental Isolation and sponsored by Happy Bird, is a community gathering designed to reconnect us to movement, recovery, and sustainable wellness — not perfection. As we move into Q2, this event invites you to check in on your goals, your consistency, and what wellness actually looks like in real life.
We’ll begin with a 60-minute all-levels yoga class on the turf, followed by a curated vendor market, recovery activations, and a live DJ set flowing throughout the afternoon. Midday, we’ll host a live panel discussion: “Sustainable Wellness — What Actually Works in Real Life.” Local wellness leaders and studio owners will share honest insight on building habits that last beyond motivation and aesthetics.

This event also marks the official launch of our weekly Wednesday 6PM yoga series at NoDa Brewing beginning in April.
Tickets are non-refundable. Event will proceed rain or shine unless otherwise communicated by the host.
