NoDa Run Club: Pilates for Runners Workshop - Sunday @ The OG
Charlotte’s original brewery run club. We run every Wednesday and Sunday! Our 1, 3 & 5 mile routes are marked with color coded arrows, or you can download the routes using Strava, MapMyRun, or RunGO!

About
We are happy to partner with Michelle Mello, PT, DPT of Balanced Physical Therapy to bring you a Pilates for Runners workshop!
We'll start at The OG at 12pm with a quick introduction from Michelle, followed by our normal 1, 3, or 5-mile run. After the run, check out her treatment table for quick assessments, Q&As, and some manual treatment, like cupping or hypervolt, as you cool down from your workout.
We can’t wait to see you at Charlotte’s original brewery run club!

As always, be courteous to our neighbors while running by making sure to look both ways before darting into traffic, running off to the side and letting cars pass, and be sure to give our neighbors a wave as you run by!
