Pickin' & Sippin' Strawberry Blonde Ale

Pickin' & Sippin' Strawberry Blonde Ale is made with wheat and malted oats, like the best of 'em. We took it a step further and brewed it with lactose for added sweetness... You can thank us later.

Pickin' & Sippin' is fermented on strawberry puree and uses a yeast called Sundew from Omega yeast that gives off lots of fruity esters to heighten the strawberry notes. The beer is then rested on vanilla for a smooth, semi-sweet ale with flavors of strawberry cream.
