West Coast What is a West Coast-style Pilsner, a relatively new style emerging in the craft beer industry. The concept is to base the beer on a classic Pilsner lager but utilize modern, West Coast hops in late boil/whirlpool and dry hop additions. West Coast What Pils features the 2024 Pink Boots hop blend and additional Citra hops to deliver a great tropical hop character on top of a clean Pilsner base.
