Play More Charlotte Playground

Playground is a movement series that explores how playfulness and joy can help us ground ourselves and regulate our nervous systems!

Our first theme is SPONTANEITY in celebration of the blue moon! (Get it? Once in a blue moon!)

Explore how structure and spontaneity feel different in your body and in your brain through a parachute warm-up with Sally from Play More Charlotte, followed by grounding practices and discussion with Jasmine from Dancing Lotus. We will end our session with bubbles to cool-down and appreciate the whimsy to be found in even the smallest bursts of spontaneity!

Your $28 ticket includes one drink ticket to be redeemed during the event, including wine, beer, or one of many NA selections at NoDa Brewing!

Please plan to bring a mat and water with you, friends. We can’t wait to play with you!
