About
In today’s rapidly evolving job market, access to high-quality STEM education is more important than ever—especially for students from underserved communities. At the Queen City Robotics Alliance (QCRA), we are dedicated to bridging that gap through the power of hands-on robotics education.
We invite you to be part of our mission by attending this Hops & Bots Fundraiser at NoDa Brewing Company.
What to Expect:
Networking with STEM professionals and community leaders (bring your business cards!)
Student-led robot demonstrations
Brief, inspiring presentations from QCRA staff and students
Craft beer and delicious bites from one of Charlotte’s top brewmeisters
Why It Matters:
Through FIRST Robotics, NASA Space App Challenge, QCRA coding camps, and more, students learn coding, engineering, and critical thinking while gaining mentorship from industry professionals. These experiences open doors to college scholarships, internships, and career opportunities they might not otherwise access.
Feature Presentation:
Featuring Richard Vaughn, Manager, Product Management – Linear Technologies, and Sean Barunas, Product Manager – Linear Technologies, from Bosch Rexroth.
Presenting: Automation in Action: How Linear Technology Powers Real-World Robotics and Machines
Your Support Powers Their Success
Proceeds from this fundraiser will help us provide:
