About
SLURP Surfin' (6.5% ABV) is our West Coast iteration of the SLURP (Superior Lupulin Utilization Research Project) Series.
This beer pulls in the same thiol utilization as Big and Lil SLURP and has the same mash hops (Alora) that fuels the thiol character of Lil SLURP. The West Coast style bitterness comes from the Mosaic Incognito hops used in the whirlpool. It's dry-hopped with more Mosaic, Simcoe, and Centennial hops, resulting in a fruity, bright, and piney West Coast beer with awesome grapefruit zest notes, thanks to its thiol character.
