Munich meets the South with this Triple Decocted Munich-Style Helles Lager.
Southern Diction (4.7% ABV) uses grains - Pilsner, Vienna, Light Munich, & Chit - from our friends up the road at Carolina Malt and is subtly hopped with Hallertau Mittlefruh.
This style is complex yet extremely easy to drink. It's lower ABV, light in color, yet not as light as a pilsner and unlike a pilsner's assertive hoppiness this beer is slightly cleaner and purer of malt character. Perfect for showcasing Carolina Malt's quality grains!
