The winner of our 2023 AIGA Competition, a Belgian-style Dubbel with a secret ingredient -- maple syrup.
Grab a glass of the 7.5% ABV Waffle Huis on draft at our North End taproom beginning Friday, December 13th.
Waffle Huis was brewed by Bill Lynch and is a fantastically balanced yet complex Belgian-style Dubbel, brewed with and fermented on maple syrup. It offers caramel notes on top of dark stone fruit and slight clove spice from the Belgian yeast strain.
